They spend most of their time catching flights at odd hours and dealing with jet lag, which pushes exercise to the backburner. Others say they’re eager to be more active but can’t find a hotel gym or the right equipment. Enough with the excuses.

Start by stretching before the workout. Stretching prevents injuries and makes physical activity easier. It loosens up your muscles and joints, making the workout more comfortable.
